Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Sales Representative to identify prospects, manage leads, present TOUR’s services, and close deals entirely within the digital space.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new leads through research, outreach, and networking
• Present TOUR’s products and services digitally to potential clients
• Manage the sales pipeline and update CRM or tracking tools
• Follow up with prospects to answer questions and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and delivery
• Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets
• Maintain strong relationships for repeat and upsell opportunities
Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3 years of experience in digital sales, business development, or account
management
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Comfortable using digital sales tools (Email, WhatsApp, Zoom, CRM)
• Ability to manage multiple leads efficiently
• Self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
• Experience with mobile apps, digital platforms, or influencer-driven campaigns is a
plus
Preferred Time Zone
• UAE / GCC time zone preferred
Language
• English is the primary working language
